- Clean regularly — Wash coated surfaces with mild soap and water at least annually, more frequently in coastal or polluted environments.
- Avoid abrasives — Never use abrasive cleaners, scrub pads, or high-pressure washing that could damage the coating.
- Repair damage promptly — Address scratches or chips quickly with touch-up paint to prevent corrosion.
- Keep records — Maintain documentation of the original coating specification and any maintenance performed.
