Submittal Guidelines

Everything you need to know to submit your project for a quote. The more complete your submittal, the faster and more accurate your quote.

Information We Need

To provide an accurate quote, please include as much of the following information as possible.

Part Drawings

Required

PDFs or shop drawings showing part geometry and dimensions.

Part Quantities

Required

Number of pieces per part number, or total square footage/linear feet.

Coating Specification

Required

AAMA tier (2603, 2604, or 2605) or specific coating system required.

Color Information

Required

Color code and manufacturer name.

Material & Alloy

Aluminum alloy (e.g., 6063-T5) and temper if known.

Project Timeline

Required completion date or project schedule.

Accepted File Formats

We accept a variety of file formats for drawings and specifications.

PDF

Shop drawings, specs, 2D drawings

CSV/Excel

Parts lists, quantities

File size limit: 25MB per file via email. For larger files, we can provide a secure upload link or accept files via your preferred file sharing service.

Typical Lead Times

Lead times vary based on job size, complexity, and current production schedule. As a general guide:

1-2 weeks

Powder coating

3-4 weeks

Liquid coating

Lead times are from material receipt to completion. Custom colors may add additional time.
