Our liquid coating process uses Turbo Bell electrostatic application equipment for superior transfer efficiency and uniform film builds. The wet-on-wet single-bake process applies primer, color coat, and clear coat in a continuous sequence, resulting in excellent intercoat adhesion and consistent color.
We apply Kynar 500 (Arkema) and Hylar 5000 (Solvay) fluoropolymer coatings—the industry standard for architectural finishes. Our 70% PVDF systems meet AAMA 2605 requirements for superior performance, providing exceptional resistance to chalking, fading, and weathering even in harsh coastal and industrial environments.
Color consistency is our specialty. Our experienced coaters have finished millions of square feet of metallic, mica, and solid colors, ensuring your project looks flawless from every angle.
