Powder Coating: The Green Choice
Our powder coating process is inherently more environmentally friendly than many alternatives.
Powder coating contains no solvents and releases zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during application. This makes it one of the most environmentally responsible coating technologies available.
With application efficiency approaching 98%, very little material is wasted. The small amount of overspray is captured by our recovery system and reused in subsequent batches, further reducing waste.
Unlike liquid coatings, powder coating requires no hazardous waste disposal for unused material. This simplifies compliance and reduces the environmental footprint of every project.
